It is really good, it didn't smell like I thought it would when marinating the lamb but the flavors were amazing once we got to eat it...I really wasn't expecting it to be so good. We are talking about making it this weekend again. You should give it a try!

Your enchiladas ended up looking so very different from mine, which didn't win.
